Boat, Most, Strudel, Gold

I've just returned from an afternoon out with the Reinthalers. I've been to some amazing places in Austria, and today made me realise that there is so much more to visit. Even the most unassuming villages and towns have so much to see - today I went to a village I've never heard of, right next to Linz, that had the most amazing monastery which seemed to be made entirely of gold. We spent the afternoon drinking Most (Austria cider) and eating in a beer garden on one of the many hills surrounding the city, and then got a boat across the Danube. Wonderful. I'm a bit drunk, and far too full of strudel to write much more, so I bid you adieu.
